The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business

Review by Koko Jr

The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business
Charles Duhigg

Good as an audiobook for riding a bike or cleaning the house - it's very sparse and you'll hardly miss anything even without paying all your attention. For the same reason I doubt I would finish it as a paper book though. There's very little theory to grasp and it's all told through stories of specific people (some of them really moving), so you may enjoy the book as long as you don't mind extensive storytelling in non fiction literature. :-)
