I didn’t hate this. I think in someways it has some interesting thoughts on perusing dreams and looking out for signs.

Overall I thought it was pretty weak. The fact that people treat this as some sort of divine work is incredibly off putting. There’s a weird fandom behind this book and it kinda ruins my interpretation of the book.

It’s a simple story. Keep trying, someone will give up but not you. You’re “The Boy”. Everybod …Read More

It was short. Real short. The kinda short that makes a lady unhappy when you take down your pants and she’s expecting a king sized Snickers bar and you’re packing a fun size single Kit-Kat.

Harlan Ellison was crazy. A true legend. Honestly I had never read this story until now. I had remembered the drama around the movie, In Time. Allegedly, that film store from this book. It was a crock of shit, and it ended with Ellison en …Read More

Never actually read it.

Just so everyone knows. The cover is cropped from the cover of the Xbox 360 launch title Condemned: Criminal Origins.

It was a decent game. From Monolith, the same people that made F.E.A.R. Condemned: Criminal Origins is that game where you’re an FBI agent, except instead of doing cool CSI stuff or arresting bad guys, you mostly wander through buildings that look like they were condemned during the Ci …Read More

Found this one to be pretty enjoyable. Like how kinda bleak it is. How abstract the idea that aliens could arrive and leave behind some cosmic slop. It’s such an awesome concept of a book. I like how it gives you just enough to ponder. Doesn’t give you all the answers. I’m always a little hesitant to read something and have them be like, you should have read it in Russian. Whatever. It was a fun book.
