Diaspora

Review by panda-man

Diaspora
Greg Egan

My mind was blown every time plot twist happened in the second half of the book. Despite physics parts of the book being too complicated for me (there were times I didn't understand anything for a few pages) I enjoyed the book so much, it's such an imaginative take on evolution of mind and interstellar travel.

I'd totally recommend it as the first book of Egan's to new readers. In "Diaspora" Greg Egan shows how smart his fiction is and that even if you aren't that smart you can enjoy it incredibly still.
