Ich wollte dem Autor eine zweite Chance geben, weil mich die Premise interessiert hat. Aber manchmal muss man einfach akzeptieren, dass man mit bestimmten Autoren keine Chemie hat. Der Schreibstil gefällt mir überhaupt nicht, und die Handlung konnte meine Aufmerksamkeit keine 20 Minuten halten.

I wanted to give the author a second chance because the premise sounded interesting. But sometimes you just have to accept that you have no chemistry with certain authors. I really don’t like the writing style, and the plot couldn’t hold my attention for even 20 minutes.
