The Dogs

Review by Sunny

The Dogs
Allan Stratton

"The Dogs" is a very fast paced thriller. Every sentence had me clinging to the book, wanting more and more. Cameron is a very realistic main character and, even when he had me cringing and experiencing secondhand embarrassment, I loved him. He had a range of emotions that was fitting for his circumstances but still not so predictable that I knew what would happen before it did.

In order to not add in any spoilers, I'll finish with this sentence: the mystery and intrigue was heart-grabbing; the ending wrapped things up concisely and exactly how I wanted.
