The Wolf at Bay

Review by Kita

Nov 20, 2022
The Wolf at Bay
Charlie Adhara

5.5

Note: I put off writing the reviews since January (again). I'm slowly catching up. So my memory will vary according to how long ago I read it and how impactful it was.

I remember every detail of this series, both because I read it recently and because I loved it! A new favorite.

Loved this even more than the first one. I loved the writing, the family and relationships, etc.

I wanted Olver's POV though.

Also, it was so emotional times between Cooper and his dad, I didn't expect it.

And the descriptions were so accurate that I felt that I was suffocating with him when he fell into the water under the boat.
